Iselin, NJ, Feb. 27, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- World Insurance Associates LLC (World), a Top 50 Insurance Brokerage, announced today that it acquired the business of Esten & Richard Agency, Inc. (“Esten & Richard”) of Woonsocket, RI  on December 31, 2022. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

For over 70 years Esten & Richard has been helping clients with their insurance needs. They provide all types of Business and Personal insurance programs.
