(MI: IVG) announced that it filed today its 2022 Annual Report with the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF). Iveco Group’s Annual Report for the year ended 31^st December 2022 will be on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of its Shareholders (AGM), that will be held in Amsterdam on 14^th April 2023 at 11:30 a.m. CEST. In addition, the agenda of the AGM includes the discussion of the Company’s dividend policy, the remuneration report (advisory voting only), the granting of discharge to the members of the Board, the re-appointment of the Executive and Non-Executive Directors, the authorization to the Board to acquire Common Shares in the Company.

The Notice of the AGM, the Agenda and the relevant Explanatory Notes, the instructions for voting, and other AGM materials were also published today and are available on the Company’s website at www.ivecogroup.com, where they can be viewed and downloaded.
